Tony Harlich leads Arise Gaming Quality Assurance and Localization delivery.  Tony brings senior leadership experience to Arise from his 25+ years in Games Quality Assurance and Localization from his tenure at Microsoft and Lionbridge.  Tony is a graduate of Park University of Parkville, Missouri and holds a BS MIS degree. Tony brings cultural diversity to all his engagements from his experiences living in Indonesia, Singapore, Ireland, and he currently resides in Washington State with his wife, son and 2 dogs.  Tony loves the great outdoors and spends his free time mountain biking, snowboarding, cross country skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking and hiking.

David Klein

An avid video games player since adolescence, David has followed the evolution of gaming from Pong to Baldur’s Gate 3. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA, David went on to work in the Entertainment Industry and spent the next six years of his professional career in International Film & Television distribution for 20th Century Fox and New Regency Productions. In the past 10+ years, he has served as a senior executive, building key relationships with major players in the video game industry such as Activision, Blizzard, Crystal Dynamics, Square-Enix, Nickelodeon, and Riot Games.

Priscilla brings over 15 years of games and entertainment localization, testing, and audio services experience to Arise. She is a trusted globalization and new launch advisor to some of the most innovative streaming, media, and video game companies around the globe. Her award-winning career has included time as Head of Strategic Accounts at Lionbridge Games and Entertainment. Priscilla received a business degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
