Mohit Thukral
Mohit Thukral is the CEO of Arise, a Warburg Pincus–backed company. The Arise® Platform is a borderless, purpose-built technology platform empowering modern enterprises to deliver world-class customer experiences. Arise combines tech-driven workforce orchestration with a powerful, global two-sided marketplace of entrepreneurs and small businesses across North America, Jamaica, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Arise, Mohit served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Vivtera, a global business transformation firm also backed by Warburg Pincus. In this role, he leveraged his decades of leadership experience to partner with fast-growth technology, healthcare, and financial services companies to build their competitive edge.
Prior to Vivtera, Mohit was an Executive Officer at Genpact, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s global business operations and corporate strategy by building its Financial Services and Healthcare verticals.
Mohit is passionate about philanthropy and has served on the board of NASSCOM Foundation, an organization which helps create sustainable and equitable impact. He was also an elected member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, spearheading the ‘Future Skills’ task force to re-skill and up-skill talent. He currently serves on the Global Corporate Advisory Board of edX.org and is a Founder and Trustee of Plaksha University, a collective philanthropic effort to create future tech leaders.
Mohit has a bachelor’s degree in economics and completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Cathy Mathews Graf
Cathy brings nearly 30 years of broad-based legal and senior leadership experience to Arise. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Legal & Administration, and Corporate Secretary to Journera, Inc., and founded a successful boutique legal practice providing contracted general counsel services to companies across a variety of industries. Cathy gained litigation experience as a partner with Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP and in-house counsel for Orbitz, Inc., and Arthur Andersen LLP. She received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the law review, after graduating with a Journalism degree from Michigan State University.
Jim Morris
Jim brings 25 years of financial and operating experience leading global teams across a variety of industries, including banking and financial services, technology, transportation, and manufacturing. Most recently Jim served as CFO of Conduent’s $2b global Commercial Solutions business delivering BPO, Call Center, and technology platform services. Prior to Conduent, he was Group Vice President, Finance at Travelport, a global travel technology service provider. Jim led multiple areas of the business, including Technology & Operations, Product Development, and serving as Travelport’s Chief Procurement Officer. He’s also held leadership roles at General Electric, The Northern Trust Company, and Cornelius, focused on P&L leadership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, Audit, and Sourcing.
Jim graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance. He lives in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area with his wife and three daughters.

Selena Lyons is a dynamic executive leader with 27+ years of experience in the global BPO sector, driving revenue growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence through value creation and a tech-first approach. As Chief Revenue Officer at Arise Virtual Solutions, she leads business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion, focusing on scaling new client relationships. Arise’s two-sided marketplace platform has redefined customer experience, connecting the world’s top brands with work-from-
home entrepreneurs and small business owners to deliver exceptional service and brand loyalty. Previously, Selena held senior leadership roles at Alorica and Sabre, where she spearheaded growth initiatives and enterprise transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s in Global Business from UNC-Chapel Hill, an MBA from the University of Dallas, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
