The Arise Platform showcases remarkable energy efficiency by saving over 159 million kilowatt-hours a year, even after accounting for the energy used by the Service Partners and their agents working from their homes. This calculation incorporates the avoided energy consumption that would have been used in traditional call centers, which for our network would require more than 12 centers, each with significant energy demands of over 15 million kilowatt-hours a year due to space and technological requirements.
