Dana Goldsholle serves as Vice President of Business Development at Arise Virtual Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the Contact Center industry, she began her career as a call center agent at just 19 years old. This early hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of client needs and ignited her passion for leadership and innovation in customer service solutions.

Throughout her career, Dana has played a pivotal role in creating thousands of job opportunities—an achievement she holds close to heart. Drawing on her extensive experience across diverse industries, she brings a wealth of actionable insights to the clients she supports, helping them unlock new opportunities and elevate their CX strategies.

Outside of work, Dana finds joy in hiking and traveling, particularly to serene mountain destinations. A passionate home cook, she loves experimenting with new kitchen gadgets. However, her most treasured moments are spent with her teenage son and their beloved pup.
