Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. Welcomes Olivette Whipple New Chief Services Officer

(MIRAMAR, FL) Sept. 8, 2016 -- Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., the award-winning leader in on-demand customer management technology, is proud to announce and welcome Olivette Whipple in the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Services Officer to the company. Olivette is known for her strong track record of driving profitable growth and enabling operational excellence, and will be responsible for leading the Global Client Results organization.

Olivette is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience and joins Arise from Concentrix, where she held the role of Vice President, Global Delivery and was responsible for leading the service delivery of a global workforce, supporting over 300 corporate clients in 24 countries. Prior to her role with Concentrix (which was the result of a merger from IBM), Olivette spent almost 20 years handling IBM clients and contact center operations globally.

She has been the recipient of the CRM Grand Prix Award, the Software Support Publishers Association STAR Quality Award and was featured in the book, "The Four Minute Customer" by Michael Tamer for her skills in leadership and creativity at IBM.
