2017 Annual International Association of Reservation (IARE) Conference & Exhibition
Executive leadership from Arise will be attending and exhibiting at the 2017 Annual International Association of Reservation Executives Conference & Exhibition Sept. 17 -20 at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter, New Orleans. The International Association of Reservation Executives (IARE) is a non-profit trade association whose worldwide membership includes executives and managers from a variety of companies in the reservations and customer contact travel industry. Its members include airlines, cruise, rental car, bus, and resorts, and fuel a global economy by allowing persons from all over the world to share their interests and economic well-being with others. The IARE Conference is designed to provide travel customer-contact service executives and professionals networking opportunities, and the means to benchmark with industry experts, peers, partners and potential partners.
Some of the sessions will include, “Loyalty is Everything, Satisfaction is Nothing,” by Zane Gray, “When a Ship Misses the Harbor . . . It’s rarely the Harbor’s Fault,” by Neil Dempster, and “How to get Breakthrough Results Without Losing Your Soul,” by Harin Hurt & David Dye.
Arise representatives will also be available for complimentary consulting and advice on how the Arise home working platform provides a fast track diagnosis to help businesses with significant peaks in call volume, while eliminating the costs of unnecessary downtime. Scott Bell, VP Travel & Hospitality, will gladly make appointments for exploratory initial discussions.
“We value this organization and this terrific conference”, said Scott Bell, VP Travel & Hospitality at Arise. “Arise is heavily invested in partnerships within the travel and hospitality space. Cruise lines, theme park companies, car rental and lodging companies make up a significant part of our client portfolio because of our flexibility model. “This conference is the best practice sharing event of the year!”
