A - Become an Arise Certified Professional

  ·         First, to become an Arise Certified Professional, complete the online profile form which captures important professional and educational information. You must be 18 years of age. Apply Now Doing so will give you an identification number to use as you complete the Admissions process.

  ·         Review the contractual documentation under which Virtual Services Corporations provide their customer interaction services to Arise's clients. You will not be asked to sign this document at this time. You should, however, have an understanding of the contractual relationship that a Virtual Services Corporation would enter into with Arise.

  ·         As a virtual agent / representative, many clients entrust ACP™s with important company information. Therefore, each applicant is required to complete a background check. You will receive simple instructions about how to submit the request.

  ·         Next, complete the Ideal Match assessment for computer proficiency, business judgment, data entry, and voice proficiency. This 45-minute process helps ascertain that you have the skills to become an Arise Certified Professional and helps Arise better understand how to effectively assess your skills to recommend a wide variety of client opportunities, whether sales, service, or technical support.

  ·         You are now able to enroll in the Arise basic certification program ACP101 - an introductory e-certification program (Normally 50 Pounds, but currently this is FREE for a limited time!) - which, when successfully completed, will allow you to qualify as an Arise Certified Professional. Since the program is self-paced, you may complete it in as little as 20 hours, but you have 10 full calendar days if you need the extra time.

B - Establish a Virtual Services Corporation

  ·         Arise will only contract with an incorporated entity to provide customer interaction services. Arise will not contract directly with any Arise Certified Professional. In order to do business with Arise, you need to establish a Limited Company which is merely an incorporated entity that you own through which you desire to operate your customer interaction services business. The cost to incorporate varies.

  ·         Arise - Virtual Services Corporation contractual documentation – This documentation is now electronically signed by Arise and the Virtual Services Corporation.

Congratulations! Your Virtual Services Corporation is now affiliated with Arise!

  ·         Set Up a Home Office, Meeting Technology Requirements and Other Specifications: All Virtual Services Corporations that have affiliated with Arise are required to have an office set-up that meets Arise's service specification standards to assure that the services are provided consistent with the highest industry standards. If your computer is less than five years old, it most likely meets the computer requirements. This document outlines the required technology and other specifications, including:

A corporate bank account to accept direct deposits High-speed internet access Separate no-frills telephone line An e-mail account with an approved ISP (no AOL or Yahoo) Headset

C        Obtain Client Specific Certification for Clients You Desire to Service   Details

C - Obtain Client Specific Certification for Clients You Desire to Service

·         As an Arise Certified Professional, amazing Arise home based opportunities are available to you. You are eligible to chose the clients and enroll in the application you wish to service, assuming you meet the skill set criteria established by the client.  

·         Each certification opportunity is announced to all Arise Certified Professionals regularly on the Arise Certified Professional portal. Based on the skills, interests, and work schedule availability of a Virtual Services Corporation's Arise Certified Professional, a Virtual Services Corporation selects clients from that list. Client Certification courses costs vary, but currently these course are FREE for a limited time!

·         Announcements should be carefully reviewed for a clear understanding of the skill and other requirements before applying. Some require specific experience, such as travel industry, retail or technical support experience. Others require basic customer service proficiency. Each client certification program typically consists of online courses that can take as little as a few days or up to a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the client's call types, or other interactions (email or online chat) with the client's customers. Arise home based business opportunities can vary greatly, so be sure you select those opportunities that are a perfect fit for you.

·         Once you apply to enroll in a client-specific certification course, Arise's scheduling professionals review your qualifications and, if your qualifications best meet the client's specifications, you will be eligible to enroll, provided that the course is not filled. Typically Arise Certified Professionals are able to apply for a client-specific certification course within the first 5 to 30 days following their qualifying as an Arise Certified Professional.
