We structure results-promised relationships with our clients, linking Certified Professional remuneration directly to the outcomes most important to their business goals. In turn, we align the terms of our contracts with our network of incorporated business owners with clients’ goals and the Undisputed Top Performance™ expectations Arise establishes for all Arise Certified Professionals.   

The compensation of Arise Certified Professionals is based on per-minute or per-call performance with incentives, rather than an hourly or weekly salary. Arise Certified Professionals also receive additional remuneration for exceeding your service level requirements and customer satisfaction objectives. 

Arise’s proven service fee model enables top performing Arise Certified Professionals to be paid fees that exceed the bottom performers by up to 300 percent ― encouraging top performers to work more and bottom performers to attrite quickly. The end result: significantly better performance for your organization.

Additional value levers of our model include:  

  • Top performing Arise Certified Professionals are awarded early access to hours for the upcoming week, motivating them to achieve high performance for preferred schedules and maximized revenue streams. 
  • Top quartile agents are routed calls first to ensure their earning potential is maximized. Clients benefit from having the best Arise agents servicing their customers.

Online Enhancement and Community

Arise engages performance facilitators to monitor key performance metrics and customer satisfaction expectations. Our performance facilitators are experienced at monitoring results and providing real-time performance insights using multiple client platforms and tools.

While servicing clients, Arise Certified Professionals are also logged into chat rooms where they can post questions and receive answers from their performance facilitators and other group members, resulting in real-time knowledge sharing and performance enhancement.
