It’s About Work. Freedom. Trust. Results®.
Are you ready to take control of your earning potential? Arise offers you opportunities to work from home, make your own schedule, and provide service for some of the most well known companies in the world. Getting started is a simple three-step process:
Step 1: Become an Arise Certified Professional
Becoming an Arise Certified Professional (ACP) is a multi-step process with a few easy-to-complete requirements. If you are at least 18 years old, you can apply now. When you do, you will receive an identification number (called an ACPID), so you can check on your application status within a few business days. Here is how the process works:
- Complete the 45-minute Ideal Match assessment for computer proficiency, business judgment, data entry, voice proficiency, and your business acumen. The assessment demonstrates your skills and helps Arise recommend you to the most appropriate clients.
- Review the contractual documentation. Although you will not be asked to sign it at this stage, you should understand the contractual relationship between a Virtual Services Corporation and Arise.
- Complete a national criminal background check. Once completed, your results are sent to Arise within three to four business days.
- Enroll in the Arise basic e-certification program ACP101. You have 5 full calendar days to complete the program.
Step 2: Establish a Virtual Services Corporation
Arise will not contract directly with any Arise Certified Professional to provide customer interaction services. Arise only contracts with incorporated entities. It is easy to establish a Virtual Services Corporation, which is simply an incorporated entity you own and through which you will operate your customer interaction services business.
- Use any pre-existing incorporated entity you own or form a new corporation. There is no limitation on the type of incorporated entity acceptable to Arise.
- Check your home state’s Web site for information on how to incorporate, if you need help.View a list of state Web sites.
- Visit online incorporation service filers like LegalZoom, Bizfilings and and The Company Corporation to begin the legal process, or consult with your attorney or accountant for advice.
- Sign the Virtual Services Corporation contractual documentation electronically.
After you sign the Virtual Services Corporation documentation electronically, your Virtual Services Corporation will be affiliated with Arise!
Step 3: Set Up a Home Office
You are almost ready to unleash your earning potential with the flexibility you have always dreamed about. The final step is setting up a home office that meets our technology requirements and other specifications for serving Arise clients. In order to provide consistent, high standards, please review the FAQ, which outline the requirements including:
- Corporate bank account to accept direct deposits
- High-speed Internet access
- Separate no-frills telephone line
- E-mail account with an approved ISP* (no AOL or Yahoo)
- Headset
Once you have successfully demonstrated an office set up that meets Arise standards, you can choose opportunities you would like to serve, obtain certification, and start earning service fees and experiencing work-life balance.
