By harnessing a network of small businesses that engage more than several thousand entrepreneurial, home-based professionals, Arise delivers high quality customer service, technical support, and sales services. By taking advantage of innovative breakthroughs in telecommunications technology and its own proprietary and patented technologies, Arise is able to partner with small business owners and their highly capable home-based agents to provide flexible customer contact solutions to large companies.
Arise’s unique business model and the flexibility it provides to small business owners allows several underserved populations to take advantage of the entrepreneurial opportunities offered by Arise. The majority of small business owners are women and a significant number are minorities. In addition, Arise actively promotes entrepreneurship and business opportunities with veterans (in partnership with the White House Joining Forces initiative) and college students.

As a disabled firefighter and father of seven, Scott decided in early 2011 that he needed to start his own company to juggle his family-life with his aspirations to be his own boss, and control his future. Two years later, HFI Boise, with its 116 Client Support Professionals, is a successful small business partnering with Arise Virtual Solutions to provide exceptional customer service quality to customers in various sectors from telecommunications to retail.

April George
CEO – AG Customer Service Solutions, Inc.
Military spouse, veteran and CEO, April George started a veteran-owned small business in Fayetteville, NC in 2012, in an effort to provide work-from-home opportunities to men and women of the US Armed Forces who are passionate about providing excellence to Arise Clients.

Adrian Smith
President of ATA INC.
Adrian is an entrepreneur with a deep background in customer service. He started his own company, which began providing services to Arise is 2011. Within two years, his business is generating over $1 million in annual revenues. Adrian’s company manages over 100 active customer service representatives.

Robert Bradford
CEO of Blue Falcon Communications Inc.
As a Marine Corps Sergeant and Communications Chief in the U.S. 6th Motor Battalion, Robert understands effective communications. After spending time in Iraq, Robert decided to start his own company which is providing services to Arise. As his own boss, Robert is enjoying working from home and helping customers with their questions and providing sales services to up-sell and cross-sell additional products.
