Launches Virtual e-learning

2005

A New Chapter

Accretive Technology Partners, an industry defining private investment firm, acquired Willow CSN. Willow CSN Incorporated was renamed Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. Arise secures the position as leader in the work-at-home call center industry, delivering services in the cloud through a network of thousands of independent, work-at-home service providers.

Arise secures an A+ BBB rating and continues to maintain that rating today.

Strict Security

First virtual business process outsourcer to achieve PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.

2007

Going Big

Arise partners with thousands of micro call centers across all 50 states in the US. Arise continues to grow a vast client base from 25% to 40% each year.

2008

World Wide

Arise expands to Europe, tapping into an untouched market overseas. Arise partners with micro call centers in Ireland and the UK who have cultural and linguistic commonalities to clients worldwide.   

2009

White House Bound

Arise is invited to the White House to participate in President Obama’s Jobs Summit.

Arise expands further into Canada.

2010

Going Strong

Arise continuously innovates and starmatic™ scheduling system is released to revolutionize cloud-based scheduling and workforce management.

For the second year in a row, Arise is invited to President Obama’s Jobs Summit.

2011

Recognized Winner

Arise is recognized as an Innovator in the eLearning space by winning the Silver Award for Learning Innovation Practitioner from Chief Learning Officer.

Arise receives strong support from government agencies and influential groups like Connect 2 Compete.

2012

Joining Forces

Arise partners with First Lady Michelle Obama’s Joining Forces Initiative.

Technology Pioneer

Starmatic™, our patented cloud-based scheduling application goes mobile and wins IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award.

2014

Service and Community

Community Action Team launches, raising thousands of dollars for various local, national and international charities, such as the McDonald House Charity, Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts, Typhoon Haiyan Relief Efforts, Susan G. Komen® Race for the Cure, and Toys for Tots.
