Last week, Sarah had selected to work from 8AM until 10AM. Since it is raining and her friend cancelled their morning walk, Sarah logs into StarMatic® (the scheduling system) and sees that extra hours were posted for this morning. She chooses to add the 10-11AM interval to her schedule, so she can finish work just before her youngest will return from a half day of kindergarten. She logs onto her retail client and takes her first call at 8:01AM. |
